Lofaro,\u00a0member of Business Solutions LLC, has a proven trackrecord during his 25 years in technology consulting, of starting and growing businesses while generating returns. \u00a0Prior to joining Business Solutions, Lofaro was a\u00a0member of a local accounting firm heading up its technology division as he focused on security consulting for financial institutes and network management and implementations.\u00a0 His experience serving top level financial institutions comes from his background of working with enterprise level health care security at one of Springfield Missouri\u2019s top hospitals along with consulting for the fortune 500 company McKesson.<\/p>\n

Throughout these 25 years Lofaro has also stayed committed to the community by acting as president on the board of directors for K-Life Ministries, Ozarks Literacy Council, and has been involved with other community outreach.\u00a0 Lofaro has lived in the Springfield area since 1981, raising his kids in the very schools he and his wife attended years ago.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>S. Scott Hickman, Member<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hickman,\u00a0member of Business Solutions, has 20 years in technology consulting, business process design and accounting. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).\u00a0\u00a0 He spent his early career in a large international CPA firm focused on Audit, Systems Consulting and Business Process Design. \u00a0He was also CFO\/Treasure in a $25MM manufacturing facility and has done numerous engagements providing short term controllership responsibilities.\u00a0\u00a0 Through his career he has been involved in 100\u2019s of software implementations including Dynamics GP (Great Plains), MAS90\/200, MAS500, Macola, Realworld and other industry specific solutions.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Rob Neal, Member<\/strong><\/p>\n

Originally from Detroit, MI, Rob Neal chose to attend Evangel University, where he graduated with degrees in Accounting\/Business Administration and Music.\u00a0 After several years in the music industry in the D.C. area, he moved back to southwest Missouri to a position in church administration, after which he became a partner and general manager of a regional technology firm for twelve years.<\/p>\n

With Accounting and Technology management as Rob\u2019s passion, this led to joining forces with Scott Hickman to form Business Solutions in 2005. His accomplishments at the firm include attaining the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification (MSCE), as well as a Masters of Business Administration MBA), while being honored as one of Springfield, MO’s top “40 Under 40.”<\/p>\n

A father of five (the youngest two adopted from Africa), Rob is involved with both community and international outreaches, volunteering locally on the boards of K-Life, Ozarks Literacy Council, and others projects.\u00a0 Internationally, he focuses on bringing clean water to unreached areas of Ethiopia, having seen firsthand the difference it makes in a community.<\/p>\n
